Dr George Jacobs serves as president of Vegetarian Society (Singapore), a non-profit, secular charity. George is also on the International Council of the International Vegetarian Union. He has been instrumental in VSS's three cookbooks: "New Asian Traditions Vegetarian Cookbook", "The Heart Smart, Oil Free Cookbook", and the forthcoming "At Home: From Pot to Pot".
