Jane Freeman (BSc.Grad.Dip.Diet&Nutr.M.Mgt, MBDAA, APD) holds a Bachelor in science (nutrition, physiology, biochemistry), Graduate diploma in nutrition and dietetics, Diploma in paediatric nutrition and has recently completed the prestigious International Olympic Committee Gradulate Diploma in Sports Nutrition (2 years course and practical work).
Jane has taken courses in mindfulness practice and is a certified NLP (neuro-linguistics practitioner). At the core of her work is a love and passion for good food and Jane has also trained as a cook at the Leiths School of Food and Wine. She is registered as Dietitian in the UK, Australia and a member of the Singapore, British and Australian Nutrition and Dietetics Associations. She is also a member of Sport’s Dietitians Australia (www.sda.com.au) and numerous nutrition and special interest group associations. She shares over 20 years experience in consulting, research and working as a nutrition practitioner across the globe including many years working in the Australian and the UK public health systems. Most recently she was a consultant Dietitian at Princess Grace Hospital in London and at London Oncology Clinic in Harley St.
She also had her own private practice in Harley St London and was described as London’s best Nutritionist and worked as a private dietitian to a number of embassies, with royalty and high profile individuals. Jane was also awarded a highly commended prize at the 2013 British Medical Association Book awards and Food Equation consults to the Singapore American School.
Jane has worked collaboratively with many top consultants and medical teams in the UK, Australia, and now Singapore.
